Refund Policy – Giftexa
At Giftexa, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their order. However, due to the nature of gifting products, refunds are available under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
2. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins. Once shipped or prepared, cancellation will not be possible.
3. Personalized Products:
No refunds will be issued for customized or personalized items unless defective.
4. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method after approval.
